Unfortunately it is illegal for a frozen cocktail machine operator to provide you with the alcohol unless you are a licensed venue or have a liquor licence. We will advise you which alcohol you need and the quantity for your frozen cocktail machine, however we cannot provide it.
In most cases a twin bowl cocktail machine will take between 45 minutes to 1 hour, however the time may vary depending on the temperature. The higher the temperature, the longer it will take to for the cocktail machine to freeze. On a very hot day it may take up to 1.5 hours to produce frozen cocktails. The triple bowl cocktail machine will take anywhere between 1.5-2 hours.
Yes, it is a good idea to have different flavours in your frozen cocktail machine as it offers some variety to party guests.
One of our friendly Cool Rush cocktail drivers will set up your frozen cocktail machine and will adjust the settings on the frozen cocktail machine to ensure the cocktail machine operates effectively.
Upon delivery of your cocktail machine we will add the liquid to your frozen cocktail machine depending on the flavours you have chosen prior to the day.
The lids on all our frozen cocktail machines can be locked. If you would like your cocktail machine locked, you must advise us when you book so we can organise the necessary locks for you. We will provide you with the key so only you can open the frozen cocktail machine.
We do not provide the alcohol so it is up to you if you want to add alcohol on both sides of your cocktail machine, just one side or no alcohol at all for kids parties. However we strongly encourage that if you are putting alcohol in one side of the cocktail machine only that you closely supervise it and ensure that no under age child can access the cocktail machine without an adult’s supervision. Yes, we can provide cups and straws to go with your frozen cocktail machine. We buy our cups and straws wholesale, and can pass the savings on to you. You are also welcome to use your own cups or glassware when serving from our cocktail machines.
You will get approximately 60 drinks per 12L Bowl, so 120 drinks for a twin bowl cocktail machine and 180 drinks per triple bowl cocktail machine if serving in a 200ml cup. You will also get 60 drinks out of any cocktail mix refill bottles.

We clean the cocktail machine so don’t stress when we come to pick it up the next day and its dirty or still has some liquid in it. Please do not feel obliged to clean the frozen cocktail machine. We bring a bucket to empty any remaining liquid from the cocktail machine for disposal. We clean the cocktail machines at our warehouse. The frozen cocktail machines are sterilized and sanitized after each party using safe detergents and before each event to ensure the upmost hygiene.
We deliver your frozen cocktail machine on the day of the function and pick up the following day. Deliveries and pick ups are usually done between 9am-4:30pm. If you require delivery of your frozen cocktail machine outside of these times please let us know and we will try and organise it for you. Additional charges may apply.
